Shipping and Delivery Policy

You can receive your orders through our approved shipping companies or through one of our branches within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh and Jeddah.

Al Yaqoot Village Store handles deliveries within Saudi Arabia via its Riyadh and Jeddah branches. For other cities in the Kingdom, local shipping companies such as Aramex and Barq are used. We estimate that your order will arrive within 3-5 days within Saudi Arabia and within 10-15 days for international shipments via Aramex, after your order has been processed and shipping has begun.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be added to the order price and will be displayed separately in your local currency on the order form during the payment check and review process.

For urgent requests, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.

If no one is available to receive your order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery time or obtain further information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may be required to pay an additional delivery fee for any subsequent delivery attempts.

Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund to your account, provided that your order has not already been fulfilled.

To cancel your order, simply contact customer service, and we will do our best within reason to cancel it and refund your money within a period not exceeding 14 business days.

If you cancel after your order has been placed and shipped, we will treat the cancellation as a return. Only the product price will be refunded, minus shipping costs.

Wallet balance
